How to orderWe mail orders anywhere in the world for a flat delivery fee per item. All materials are sold at a per-item rate. We regret that discounts are not available for multiple orders. Orders must be pre-paid together with the appropriate delivery fee.
Place your order by email (see Our Contact Details below), supplying the following information:
Name Full delivery address including postcode and country Contact telephone or email address Descriptions and quantity of items ordered Your calculation of cost inclusive of delivery fee Method of payment
We will then confirm your order and cost calculation. We will also provide our Bank details should you require these. Your order will be despatched once your payment has been received. Payment optionsYour payment options are: Australian residents (1) Bank transfer or deposit to our Australian bank account; (2) Bank cheque mailed to our Sydney address (see Our Contact Details); (3) Personal or company cheque (clearance time will delay despatch of your order) mailed to our Sydney address (see Our Contact Details). Non-Australian residents (1) Bank transfer to our Australian bank account (please include an additional AUD10.00 to cover our bank’s processing charge); (2) Bank draft or cheque in Australian dollars mailed to our Sydney address (see Our Contact Details).
All prices are quoted in Australian dollars. Your order assumes you have read and accepted our Mailing and returns policy. Allow 7 days for delivery within Australia and up to 2 weeks for international air delivery, after your payment has been made.

Note that the CAP Test (item 2004) package includes an initial supply of 25 sets of Test Results/Summary Analysis sheets.

Delivery Fees (postage and handling costs)
A full refund will be given if you are unsatisfied with any item provided that the following conditions are met:
* it is returned by airmail within 30 days of receipt * the item is in its original condition and includes your invoice (delivered with the item) * you contact us prior to mailing to advise us of the return and the reason for it
Mailing costs for original delivery and/or return delivery will only be refunded if the refund is the result of our error. We cannot exchange items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery or are in unsaleable condition. You will be notified by e-mail of your refund once we have received the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your returned item.
